Atomdots M90 Liquid metal is not thermal paste. It is a liquid metal thermal compound — the most extreme category of thermal interface material available, reserved for applications where standard pastes simply cannot keep up.

With a staggering thermal conductivity of ~90 W/m·K, M90 is the best metal-based thermal application available worldwide — the same category of technology used in the latest generation of high-end machines and gaming consoles including the PlayStation 5 & ASUS ROG Gaming Laptops. In independent Cinebench R23 benchmarks on an Intel i9 14900K at 300W power limit, M90 recorded 56.03°C — beating Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Extreme at 56.41°C, the global benchmark for liquid metal performance, at a fraction of the cost.

M90 features a gallium-based eutectic alloy formulation engineered for ultra-low thermal resistance between the die and heatspreader. The liquid metal conforms perfectly to microscopic surface irregularities, eliminating air gaps that conventional pastes cannot bridge — delivering direct metal-to-metal thermal transfer at the molecular level.

Designed for delidded CPUs, direct-die GPU applications, and high performance mission-critical computing hardware including AI accelerators and high-density data centre chips. 

Available in 1g and 10g versions. Includes precision applicator. Handle with care — liquid metal is electrically conductive and must be applied only to non-conductive surfaces.
